MASSENA (AP) -- State police say a 58-year-old man and his 28-year-old son have died after their car veered off a northern New York road.
Troopers say Peter D. Griffin of Ogdensburg was driving Wednesday afternoon in the town of Massena, on the St. Lawrence River, when his car ran off the road and hit a power pole support beam and several trees.
Police say Peter D. Griffin Jr. of Massena was killed along with his father.
They say Thursday the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
