SYRACUSE -- Update:
Syracuse police have identified the victims in a double shooting. It happened Wednesday night at the intersection of Lodi Street and North Crouse Avenue.
David Theus, 26, of 110 Fountain Street, was shot in the back. He remains in stable condition at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Demetrius Hackett, 18, of 110 Helen Street, was shot in the buttocks. He was treated at University Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.

Syracuse Police are investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital.
Investigators say two men were shot near the corner of Lodi Street And N. Crouse Avenue at about 8:30 Wednesday night. One of them showed up at St. Joseph's Hospital in a private vehicle. He was shot in the back. As of late Wednesday night, he is listed in critical condition.
The other victim was found in the 100 block of Henderson Street. He was shot in the buttocks, but is expected to be okay. Police believe he was shot on Lodi Street and ran over to Henderson Street. He is 18-years-old.
So far, police are not releasing the names of the victims.
