Police say the man entered the South Market at the intersection of South Street and Kossuth Avenue around 7:40 a.m. The suspect tied up a clerk and made off with cash and cigarettes.

Police say the clerk managed to get free a few minutes after the holdup and called for help.

Police have released surveillance video of the incident in an attempt to locate the suspect. If you have any information on this case, you can call the Utica Police Department at 315-735-3301.
