Two teens are recovering from a shooting Thursday night.

Syracuse Police say Qaushar Neil, 17, was shot four times near the corner of South Salina Street and West Borden Avenue at about 7:30pm. He was listed in serious condition late Thursday. Quincy Jones, 19, was driven to the hospital in a car. Police say the injuries to both victims are not life threatening.

Officers say there are surveillance cameras in the area. They will try to use those to solve the crime.

This makes 10 teenaged victims of violence in Syracuse in the last two weeks.
