The Jordan Elbridge community is pulling together to pray for one of its own.
They are planning a candle light vigil for neighbor Matt McCabe. He recently had a heart transplant. Back in March, the school rallied behind Matt after the pills he needed to keep his heart problem under control went out of production.
The vigil is scheduled for tomorrow at 7 pm outside Matt's home.
