SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse man is accused of robbing a Byrne Dairy store. It happened around 6:30 p.m. Sunday at 1519 West Genesee Street.

Police say Thomas Wink, 39, walked into the store, demanded money and took off on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt.

Investigators later followed footprints in the snow, which lead them to 227 Lakeview Avenue. They found the suspect there in the downstairs apartment.

Wink is charged with robbery and taken to the Justice Center. He is scheduled to be arraigned today in Syracuse City Court.
