SYRACUSE -- Update (8:15 pm):
A suspicious death in Syracuse is now being called a homicide. Around 4:15AM Saturday, police were called to 505 Highland Street for a report of an unconscious person.
Officers found 32-year-old Isiah Hill, of that address, unconscious and not breathing. Hill was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy was performed, and the cause of death was asphyxia due to strangulation. The investigation is ongoing.
