OSWEGO CO. -- An Oswego man is attacking a Correctional Officer and flashing his genitals. Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say Raymond Crouch Jr., 49, of 234 Syracuse Avenue, attacked a Correctional Officer, scratching their face, spitting on them and shaking his genitals at them.
Authorities say it happened when Crouch was asked to stop overflowing the sink in his cell.
He's charged with assault while confined in a Correctional Facility and public lewdness.
Crouch was arraigned in Oswego City Court and sent back to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He's scheduled to be back in court January 6.
