FULTON -- A Fulton man is accused of having sex with a teenager. Joshua Wallace, 33, of 218 W. First Street is charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child and possessing a sexual performance by a child.
Fulton police say he subjected a 15-year-old girl to sex twice this month. Wallace was arraigned in Fulton City Court and is being held in the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail.
