Considering the amount of snow we’ve had in Syracuse and many parts of central NY over the past two weeks ( 50+ inches ), it would seem the odds favor having a white Christmas, at least locally. But what if you are travelling? What are the odds of a white Christmas ( at least 1 inch of snow on the ground ) for other parts of the country when on Christmas morning?
