FORT DRUM -- A North Country man was arrested last week after police say he secretly videotaped people inside a store bathroom.

According to State Police, 63-year-old Brian M. Murphy of State Route 37 in Evans Mills is charged with one count of second degree unlawful surveillance. Police say their investigation discovered that Murphy allegedly set up a video camera inside a convenience store restroom on Fort Drum in order to record unaware people on December 14, and again on December 17.

Martin was arraigned in the Town of LeRay Court, and the case now awaits possible Grand Jury action.
