FULTON -- An Oswego County woman has a date in court after police say she poured bleach on another person.

According to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office, deputies arrested 22-year-old Kera H. Reed of Mullin Road in Fulton Wednesday morning on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say Reed was involved in a domestic dispute with an unidentified person when she poured bleach on that person’s head. Police say the child endangerment charges stem from the allegation that there were children present and on the floor of the room where the bleach was poured.

Reed was issued an appearance ticket, and is scheduled for Town of Volney Court on January 10 to answer the charges.
