LIVERPOOL -- A fundraiser will be held Sunday in honor of Jenni-Lyn Watson.
The benefit will raise money for to create a scholarship fund at Mercyhurst College. Watson, who was from Liverpool, was a junior at Mercyhurst studying dance. When she went missing in November her story captured the hearts of people around Central New York. Her ex-boyfriend, Steven Pieper, is now charged with her murder.
Sunday's fundraiser will be held Sunday at Sharkey's in Liverpool. It goes from noon until 7pm.
