We want to pass along some information about the passing of one of our colleagues in the news business. The Post-Standard is reporting today that Robert C. Atkinson died Sunday. He was 82. Atkinson was a long time managing editor and executive editor at the paper until his retiremement in 1993. He was inducted to the Syracuse Press Club's Wall of Distinction this past October.
