TROY (AP) -- A 52-year-old registered nurse will be listed as a level one offender on the state's sex offender registry for raping a severely disabled teenager in her care in 2007.

After a hearing Wednesday before Rensselaer County Judge Robert Jacon, Susan McDade of East Greenbush was given the lowest level on the registry.

McDade is incarcerated at the Albion Correctional Facility in Orleans County. She's eligible for release next month.

She was convicted of rape for having sex with a 17-year-old boy who had the cognitive skills of a toddler. She had been hired by the boy's family to care for him during the day.
