FULTON -- There is a travel advisory in the city of Fulton until Monday morning at 7am. The DPW commissioner says there are hazardous driving conditions and recommends no unnecessary travel.
Residents are asked to stay off the highways and remove their cars from the street so that snow removal vehicles can get through.
