TOWN OF DIANA, LEWIS CO. (AP) -- State police say an upstate New York man has died in a snowmobile accident in Lewis County.
Troopers say 26-year-old Edward Harding Jr. of Attica was riding in the town of Diana just after midnight Sunday when he ran off the road, hit an embankment and was thrown from the snowmobile.
He was pronounced dead at Carthage Area Hospital.
The investigation of the accident is continuing.
