NORTH SYRACUSE -- Cicero Police have arrested three people accused of trying to use stolen credit credits at two Central New York Walmart's.
Police say around 1am on January 4th, Adam Ager, 24, Gregory Moore, 21, and Joshua Nason, 18, all of Syracuse, were in the area of Forrest Drive in North Syracuse. Police say they entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a CD player.
Investigators say the three then entered a house through an unlocked garage door. The resident of the home was sleeping upstairs. Police say they stole a laptop computer, small safe and a wallet containing credit cards.
Police say they then drove to the Walmart's in Camillus and Cicero where they used the stolen credit cards to purchase gift cards.
The suspects also used the stolen credit cards in other stores in the City of Syracuse.
All three are facing charges of second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, four-degree conspiracy, and forgery in the third-degree.
They were arraigned before Cicero Justice Walczyk and remanded to the justice center under $1000 cash/$5000 bond each.
