SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls sex offender is facing new charges, as investigators say he wasn't living at the address he registered with the state.
Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say Jeffrey Arnold, 34, of 2143 State Routes 5 & 20 wasn't living where he said he was when authorities went to check on him. Arnold is a Level 3 Sex Offender. He was arrested for failing to change his address as a sex offender and failing to report every 90 days. Arnold was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court and was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 bail.
Right now, deputies are investigating three other cases, and they expect to make more arrests.
Seneca County law prohibits sex offenders from living in proximity of schools, daycares and county parks.
