Camps, extra displays and talks
The Snow Leopard may be in its element, but there's lots indoors, too, at the zoo.
African pygmy hedgehogs may not be on permanent display at Syracuse's Zoo, but they're part of the zoo's education outreach, and Horace the Hedgehog paid our studios a visit Sunday morning to show off plans for February break. While he was munching mealworms, animal curator Ted Fox told us that there will be half- and full-day camps for several age groups, as well as programs through the day for all zoo goers.
