OSWEGO CO. -- An Oswego County man is arrested three times in one day. Dustin Butchino, 20, of North Fernwood Rd. Bldg. 205 in Richland, was first arrested Monday at 11:21 a.m. for allegedly breaking into a home in West Monroe last August. Sheriff's deputies say he stole jewelry, personal papers and electronics, then burned and discarded some behind a business in the Town of Parish.

Butchino was arrested again the same day, about 40 minutes later around 12:03 p.m. In this case, investigators charged him with stealing personal papers from a Town of Hastings home that same August.

And less than 30 minutes later, Butchino was arrested again, this time accused of being in possession of stolen property from a Town of Hastings home.

Butchino is charged with criminal possession of stolen property. He has three court appearances scheduled for later this month to answer to all the charges against him.
