CONSTANTIA -- A Cleveland man is accused of smashing a window and slashing another man's tires. Adam Barriger, 25, of 69 West Street is charged with criminal mischief and false written statement.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he used a shovel to smash a window and slash a man's tires on February 1 in the Town of Constantia. He's also accused of damaging the side of the car.
Barriger was arraigned in Constantia Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Justice Center in lieu of $1,500 cash bail. He is due back in court March 28.
