Benefit 'by for and about animals'
Pets and mascots are among the 'artists' whose works will be up for auction this Saturday at the fifth 'Pawcasso.'
Chris Berry, president of the Spay and Neuter Syracuse (SANS) board, says the group has altered over 9100 animals, helping to control unwanted animals and stop the spread of animal-borne disease.
Over a hundred 'artists' have contributed works--paintings, sculpture, jewelry, pottery and more, all with an animal theme or inspiration.
Pawcasso is at Eastwood's Palace Theatre on Saturday (Feb 26) 6 - 9pm. Tickets $25 in advance, $30 at the door.
