FULTON -- A Fulton man is facing charges in several home break-ins. The arrest of Michael Shoults Jr., 29, of 1835 CR 08, stems from a year-long joint investigation by Fulton police, New York State police and Oswego County Sheriff's deputies.

Police say Shoults broke into several homes in Fulton and throughout Oswego County. He is charged with burglary, grand larceny and petit larceny. Additional charges are pending with Oswego County Sheriff's deputies.

Shoults was arraigned in Fulton City Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
