BRIDGEWATER -- A Utica man is facing a slew of charges following a domestic dispute. It happened around 5:45 a.m. Saturday in the Williams Trailer Park in the Town of Bridgewater.
Justin Cacilhas, of Lenox Avenue, is charged with assault, strangulation, criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Cacilhas was arraigned in the Town of Bridgewater Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash/bond. He is scheduled to reappear back in court tonight.
