OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton man is accused of stealing cooper tubing, firearms, tools and prescription drugs in four separate incidents. The arrest of Michael Shoults, Jr. 29, of 1835 CR 8, stems from a year-long investigation by Fulton Police and State police.

Police say Shoults stole tools from a Town of Granby home in January of 2010. In that incident, he was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.

Shoults was also charged with burglary and grand larceny, both felonies, for allegedly stealing cooper tubing from a Minetto business after breaking into a shed in September of 2010. He was arraigned on that charge and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.

And that's not all. Shoults is facing another felony charges, this one for allegedly stealing prescription drugs from a home in Hannibal in February of 2010. He was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court on that charge and was sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.

In a fourth incident, Shoults was arrested for burglary and grand larceny for allegedly stealing firearms from a home in Hannibal. He was arraigned in Hannibal Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
