PALERMO, OSWEGO CO. -- A Palermo teenager is accused of having sexual contact with another child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say a 13-year-old boy engaged in a sexual act with a child younger than 11-years-old. Investigators say it happened at a Palermo home.
If he was adult, he would be charged with criminal sex act, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child. The boy and his parents were issued tickets to appear in Family Court. The boy and his parent were referred to Oswego County Probation, and the case will be handled in Family Court.
They have not released his name because of his age.
