OSWEGO -- One person is facing charges after several weapons and drugs were seized in Oswego.
Richard Lockwood, 40, of Niagra Street in Oswego, is under arrest. Investigators say they found several long guns, marijuana and cocaine when they searched his home and an adjacent business, called "The Pet Store"
Lockwood faces several felonies, including drugs and weapons charges.
