Second session next Wednesday
Vernon Downs is looking for workers at its Hotel and Casino/Racetrack operations, and this morning about 50 people were in line waiting to fill out applications as the doors opened at 8am.
Vernon's racing season starts April 15th, and some of the jobs are seasonal, however some are also full-time in hospitality and security areas of the operation.
There's another walk-in job fair on Wednesday 11am - 6pm. For more information you can also call 829-3400.
