Women's History Month talk focuses on L'pool
Liverpool--on the shores of Onondaga Lake---has a history that includes key events in the development of Onondaga County and Central New York, and women who settled and were born and raised there influenced many of those developments. Liverpool Village Historian Dorianne Gutierrez has a presentation on some of them, that will also include raffles of vintage cookbooks, and a sampling of food prepared from the recipes. The free event is at Liverpool Library on Thursday, March 10, at 7pm.
