'Great Chefs Dinner' set for March 13

The Great Chefs dinner is a Red Cross fundraiser

The 27th annual Great Chefs Dinner is set for Sunday (March13th) at Syracuse's Oncenter, with food sampling, and 'Kitchen, Stadium-style' showing off how the dishes are prepared.
Executive Chef Brian Shore, who coordinates the presesentations, says the 14 appetizers, 19 'small plate' entrees and 12 desserts will be prepared and presented through the evening by fellow members of the Syracuse Chapter, American Culinary Federation. The black tie optional dinner is a benefit for the Red Cross, which also has ticket information.
