Voters in two Central New York school districts say yes to improvement projects.
In Port Byron, they approved a $5.6 million dollar plan to make upgrades to windows, pavement, and the heating systems.
The vote was 202 yes, 181 no.
In Stockbridge Valley, buying new school buses was on the ballot.
Voters there turned out to pass the plan to buy two new ones for about $212,000.
The final vote was 71 yes, 18 no.
The district hopes to add to its fleet next school year.
