DRYDEN -- The Dryden Police Department is investigating a reported armed robbery that happened along East Main Street in the Village of Dryden.
Police say it happened Wednesday shortly after 12:30am. They say a man entered an unlocked home, approached the resident, and displayed a black handgun. Police say he demanded items before leaving on foot.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'8" - 6'0" tall, wearing dark colored clothing and a black ski mask. Dryden Police say this was not a random incident.
Dryden Police again remind residents to lock vehicles, doors and windows and refrain from leaving valuable in sight. Anyone with information is asked to call Dryden Police at 607-844-8118.
