UTICA, ONEIDA CO. -- A Utica man is accused of stealing hot dogs, then riding off with them on his bicycle.

Utica police say Carson Wilsey, 46, went into Rick's Steaks at Catherine and First Streets, then walked out carrying a white box. They say he then hopped on his bicycle and rode away.

A concerned citizen noticed and called police, giving them a description of the man.

Officer Ryan Kelly responded to the area of Oriskany and First Streets. Wilsey was allegedly carrying a box of Hoffman's hot dogs. He is now charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petit larceny.
