A restaurant with deep ties to Central New York is expanding, again.
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que is opening a new location in Newark, New Jersey. Owner John Stage told The Star-Ledger newspaper, ""I like Newark, the people, the architecture and the energy of what's going on in the area.''
Stage also said, "I look forward to being a part of the community. I fell in love with our building, and I'm excited to open our doors later this year."
The new location will open on Newark's Market Street.
