DRYDEN -- A Harford man is under arrest after an armed robbery.
Dryden Police charged Cody Welch, 29, with two counts of burglary. They say he went into an unlocked house on E. Main Street in Dryden on March 16th. He's accused of showing a handgun and making demands.
Welch was arraigned in the Town of Dryden Court and sent to the Tompkins County Public Safety Building on $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to be back in court on Monday at 6pm.
