TRENTON, ONEIDA CO. -- A Trenton man is accused of attempted rape.
Oneida County Sheriff's deputies arrested James Peterson, 27, of Glass Factory Road.
They say it alleged attack happened at Peterson's home during the early morning hours on Tuesday. He was later taken into custody.
Peterson is currently locked up in the Oneida County Correctional Facility in lieu of $40,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in the Village of Oriskany Court on Friday.
