FULTON, OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton woman facing charges in a drug raid where investigators seized more than 650 prescription pills. It's the latest arrest in a story we first told you about last week.

38-year-old Tina L. Lucas of 143 Weller Road is charged with six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility where she is being held without bail.

The arrest stems from an investigation into the illegal transportation and sale of prescription medication from Florida to Oswego and surrounding areas.

Last Wednesday, police executed a search warrant at the home on Weller Road. Authorities say they seized more than 650 pills including Oxycodone, Hydrocodone and Methadone along with $2,000 in cash and various drug paraphernalia.

42-year-old Richard Timian, Jr., also of 143 Weller Road, is charged with six counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $50,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to be back in court on April 11th.

Oswego police expect to make more arrests in the case.

Timian was also featured in a story on CNY Central.com back in January, when he and two other men were accused of stealing scrap metal and cars from a barn in Volney.
