ELBRIDGE -- A Baldwinsville man is facing rape charges.
State police say 68-year-old Robert Hogan, of 12 Legacy Drive Apt. 712, had sexual intercourse with a girl younger than 11-years-old.
It allegedly happened several times in the Town of Elbridge.
Hogan is charged with rape, sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Elbridge Court and sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
