CARTHAGE, JEFFERSON CO. -- A Carthage man is accused of sexually abusing a child.

State police say 20-year-old Jordan Christman, of 617 Budd Street, had sexual contact with a girl younger than 12-years-old on April 3rd and 4th.

Christman is charged with second degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.

Christman was issued an appearance ticketed to appear in the Village of Carthage Court.
