SENECA FALLS -- A Seneca Falls man is accused of threatening a woman with an ax in front of two young children.
Police say 29-year-old Phillip Luffman, of 49 Pleasant St., was involved in a domestic dispute at his home. They say he threatened to kill a woman with an axe while in the presence of the two kids. They also say he smashed a kitchen window.
Luffman is charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
Luffman is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Junius Court on April 11th.
