SYRACUSE -- Let's be honest -- Syracuse and Central New York was due for a day like this.
The sun was out, the birds were chirping and many of us were out and about on a day that wasn't filled with snow. Gannon's Ice Cream in Syracuse's Valley section was busy all day -- a welcome sight for the folks who work there. They say a nice Spring day is the best time for business because people are anxious to get outside after such a long winter.
