FULTON -- An Oswego County bus driver has been arrested after police say he sent indecent text messages to an underage student.
According to Fulton Police, officers arrested 57-year-old Duane A. Makosky of Birch Lane in Oswego on Friday and charged him with one count of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say on Wednesday morning Makosky, a driver for Golden Sun Bus Service, sent two photos of a naked woman to the cell phone of a 15-year-old student who was a regular passenger on his route.
