OSWEGO -- Work begins today on the Utica Street Bridge in Oswego, but city police tell us that unlike the recent work on Bridge Street, the Utica Street Bridge will not be completely shut down.
Starting today, the New York State Department of Transportation will begin preparatory work for the project by shutting one eastbound lane.
We're told that there will always be one east bound and one westbound lanes open at all times.
