UTICA -- Utica police need your help finding a fugitive who's described as armed and dangerous.
The Utica Police Department and the US Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force needs your help finding 22-year-old Vinson Everrette Wynee. He was last seen in the James Street area.
Wynee is described as about 5'11" tall, weighing approximately 150 lbs. He is wanted for domestic related offenses and is currently on New York State Parole.
