The survey looked at 11 different factors that cause job stress. Amid still struggling unemployment rates, many people feel lucky to simply have a job. In fact, a recent survey by the American Psychological Association finds 70 percent of all workers say their job is the main source of their stress. Nearly half attribute that stress to job uncertainty. Many also say they're unhappy with how little their companies do to help them balance work and family life.
