SYRACUSE -- A 20-year-old Syracuse University student was arrested in Syracuse Thursday after federal prosecutors say he was involved in the selling of the powerful painkiller Oxycodone.

Zachary Sean Milkman has been ordered to turn over $6,600 – the amount federal investigators believe he made from selling the drugs. The U.S. Attorney’s office in Miami is handling the case because Milkman lives in the Miami area.

Federal prosecutors have recommended a bond of $100,000 based on the fact that Milkman is from South Florida and has no prior criminal history.

Milkman's next court date is on May 2.
