OSWEGO -- CNY Central has new information surrounding the arrest last week of a State Parks Police officer for allegedly exposing himself at a beauty shop in the City of Oswego.
Under the Freedom of Information Act, Oswego City Court has supplied us with the depositions that led Oswego Police to charge Anthony Vidal with first degree sexual abuse. On Friday, Jim Kenyon talked with Christina Huff, who brought the complaint against Vidal. Huff claimed that Vidal exposed his naked body to her on April 9th and forced her to touch his chest and buttocks.
In his deposition, Vidal admits disrobing to his underwear and flexing his muscles, but denies fully exposing himself to her.
"She could have seen some of it by accident because my underwear was down a little and I was showing her those muscles." according to the deposition.
Vidal said "I never did any of this for sexual gratification."
Vidal has been suspended without pay by the State Parks Department.
