We have some information about power outages in central New York, but there are not as many as you might think.
New York State Electric and Gas reports 970 customers in Chenango County are without power. Tompkins County, where emergency management folks tell us the National Weather Service will investigate if a tornado caused some damage in Danby has 502 customers without power. And there are 30 customers without power in Madison County.
