LYONS, WAYNE CO. -- A Lyons man is accused of sexually abusing a 5-year-old child.

State police say 26-year-old Michael Ellersick, of 5A North Jay Street, forced a 5-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him. Police say it happened at Ellersick's home on three different occasions in October of 2009.

Ellersick is charged with predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in the Village of Lyons Court and sent to the Wayne County Jail without bail.

He is scheduled to return to court on May 11th.
